Allocate work within the cluster while ensuring clarity on roles, timelines, and accountability.
Guide and support Sr. Account Executives and Account Executives through delegation and feedback.
Ensure team members have sufficient context to execute work effectively.
Handle escalations or coordination challenges within the cluster when required.
