    • You are the strategic co-lead for one or more brand clusters, responsible for ensuring that every brand has a clear strategic direction connecting business goals, cultural relevance, and creative ambition.

    • You think beyond campaigns and pitches, shaping long-term brand narratives and guiding teams toward ideas that travel across platforms and moments.

    • You partner closely with business and creative leaders to ensure that strategy strengthens both the quality of the work and the growth of the accounts.


    What will you do?

    • Own the strategic direction for brands across assigned clusters.

    • Define clear strategic north stars for brands, ensuring consistency across campaigns, content, and brand initiatives.

    • Lead the development of strategic narratives for major pitches and renewals.

    • Ensure research, cultural insights, and platform understanding strongly support campaign thinking.

    • Shape large-scale campaign ecosystems that extend across content, video, influencer, and platform strategies.

    • Ensure brand narratives remain distinctive, relevant, and culturally aware.

    • Partner with Brand Experience leaders to identify opportunities for account growth and scope expansion.

    • Mentor senior managers, managers, and planners, strengthening strategic rigor and articulation.

    • Collaborate closely with Creative, Content, Video, Media, and CS leads to align teams around a shared strategic vision.

    • Act as a stabilising strategic voice during complex campaigns, pitches, and planning cycles.
