Co-own the overall direction and health of the cluster alongside senior leadership.
Ensure brands align to a clear strategic and creative direction across campaigns and ongoing work.
Maintain consistency in narrative, quality, and ambition across brands within the cluster.
Identify opportunities for account mining, scope expansion, and long-term brand growth.
Support the development of larger campaign ideas and ecosystem thinking across formats such as content, video, influencers, and activations.
Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Business teams to align brand initiatives with broader business goals.
Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders and participate in strategic discussions around brand direction and growth opportunities.
Handle sensitive conversations or escalations with maturity and clarity when required.
Mentor and guide Account Managers and Senior Account Managers within the cluster.
Ensure teams have clear direction, accountability, and support in managing their brands.
Oversee planning and prioritisation across multiple mandates while balancing BAU work, campaigns, and new initiatives.
