You have 3–5 years of experience in production, with a strong understanding of digital and branded content shoots.
You have hands-on experience in budgeting, vendor management, on-ground production, and post-production coordination.
You are confident in managing projects end-to-end, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
You have experience working with production houses, line producers, freelancers, and external vendors.
You are highly organized and can manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
You are solution-oriented and comfortable troubleshooting quickly in fast-paced shoot environments.
You have strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and internal teams.
You understand production costing, billing, invoices, and project closures.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of taking ownership of projects independently.
Build and manage production budgets across multiple projects and campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors, production houses, and line producers during pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production.
Manage on-ground production requirements including logistics, crew coordination, schedules, and shoot operations.
Ensure smooth execution on set by troubleshooting and handling real-time production challenges.
Coordinate with editors, post-production vendors, and creative teams to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
Track project budgets, negotiate costs with vendors, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Manage billing, invoices, vendor payments, and project closure processes.
Work closely with clients to align on expectations, timelines, and production requirements.
Collaborate with internal creative and account management teams to ensure smooth project execution.
