Well-versed in post-production beyond edits, including basic color grading, correction, and sound design fundamentals
Someone who balances creative vision with execution efficiency, even across multiple projects
Experienced in leading and mentoring teams, setting high creative and technical benchmarks
Comfortable collaborating with directors, producers, creatives, and strategy teams
Proficient in Premiere Pro / Final Cut / Avid (After Effects, Illustrator, DaVinci Resolve are a plus)

What will you do?

Lead and elevate the post-production video editing function at SoCheers
Own end-to-end post-production, from concept and rough cuts to final delivery
Edit and guide promos, trailers, and campaign videos across OTT and digital platforms
Set and maintain creative and technical quality benchmarks across all outputs
Oversee finishing processes, including grading, sound, and overall visual consistency
Mentor and manage editors, ensuring quality, consistency, and growth
Streamline post-production workflows and pipelines for efficiency
Collaborate in brainstorming and help translate ideas into high-impact video content
