    • You’re proactive in your approach; if something feels off or inefficient, you’re willing to flag it and work towards improving it.

    What will you do?

    • Support and gradually take ownership of the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring accurate and timely salary disbursals

    • Assist in managing statutory compliances, including PF, PT, ESIC, TDS, and related filings

    • Coordinate with external vendors for payroll processing, audits, and compliance requirements

    • Support full-and-final (F&F) settlements with attention to detail and sensitivity

    • Work on validating attendance, leave data, and payroll inputs before monthly closures

    • Maintain and update salary records, revisions, and employee compensation data

    • Ensure data across HRIS, payroll systems, and trackers is accurate and well-maintained

    • Act as a point of contact for payroll and compensation-related queries, with team support

    • Maintain strict confidentiality and hygiene of employee data and records

    • Support the employee lifecycle operations from onboarding to exit formalities

    • Help create a smooth and structured onboarding experience for new joiners

    • Maintain and update employee records, documentation, and HR trackers in real time

    • Assist in building and maintaining HR dashboards and reports for internal tracking

    • Support implementation of HR policies, processes, and benefits

    • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process across roles and levels

    • Work on job postings, sourcing, and screening profiles through multiple channels

    • Conduct initial HR rounds to assess communication, culture fit, and basic alignment

    • Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback loops

    • Manage candidate communication and experience throughout the hiring journey

    • Support in offer rollouts, salary discussions, and pre-joining engagement

    • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers with accuracy

    • Act as a support system for employees, helping address queries and concerns

    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of people processes

    • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities when needed
