    • You bring structure and clarity to thinking, ensuring that every recommendation is backed by strong insight, research, and cultural understanding. You help translate business challenges into clear strategic opportunities that inspire creative work.

    • You are comfortable leading thinking discussions, building strategic narratives, and partnering closely with creative and business teams to ensure ideas are both meaningful and effective.


    What will you do?

    • Own the strategic direction for assigned brands, campaigns, and pitch responses.

    • Translate business challenges into clear strategic opportunities and creative direction.

    • Develop brand narratives, positioning approaches, and communication frameworks.

    • Ensure strategy remains consistent across BAU work, campaigns, and long-term planning.

    • Lead strategic thinking for campaign launches, new initiatives, and brand moments.

    • Guide the development of insights that inspire strong creative ideas.

    • Partner with Content, Design, Video, and Brand Experience teams to sharpen ideas and briefs.

    • Present strategic recommendations clearly and confidently to internal teams and clients.

    • Ensure research, cultural signals, and platform understanding support all recommendations.

    • Mentor planners and senior planners by reviewing research, insights, and articulation.

    • Maintain clarity and quality across strategic decks, documents, and narratives.
