    What will you do?
    • Oversee day-to-day office administration and operations, ensuring smooth workflow
    • Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of office materials
    • Coordinate for the operational requirements for office events and activities
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting risk assessments and implementing safety measures.
    • Maintain and manage office infrastructure, supplies. etc.
    • Supervise and manage maintenance, servicing and functioning of all the equipment and infrastructure within the premises
    • Maintain a clean and comfortable space for the employees
    • Manage the support staff, housekeeping and oversee the daily operations
    • Manage and process bills, invoices, and ensure payments are done in a timely and accurate manner with the vendors
    • Arrange and manage logistics requirements as and when required
    • Maintain organized and up-to-date records and documents, both physical and digital.
