    • You treat onboarded projects like your own – keeping a sharp eye on pre-production, production, and post.

    • You thrive on collaboration with directors, producers, creatives, and post teams – ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

    • You keep TITO Films’ creds, reels, and case studies fresh, sharp, and ready to impress.

    • You make client experience seamless, proactive, and solution-driven at every touchpoint.

    • You nurture long-term relationships and always spot upsell & cross-sell opportunities that add real value.

    • Drive TITO Films’ growth by building new partnerships and nurturing existing ones.

    • Lead pitches end-to-end – from cracking briefs to closing the room with impact.

    • Negotiate commercials and ensure seamless client onboarding.

    • Work closely with directors, producers, and creatives to deliver films that shine.

    • Oversee budgets, timelines, and execution across pre, production, and post.

    • Keep our reels, decks, and creds sharp, fresh, and market-ready.

    • Spot opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, always adding genuine value.

    • Champion client experience – proactive, solution-driven, and memorable.
