    Marketing Tech Lead / 3 years to 5 years / Mumbai

    Requirements:


    • Basic marketing fundamental knowledge: organic social, SEO, paid social, SEM, lead gen, CRM, web analytics, drip/re‑marketing, chatbots, AdSense, affiliate, IVR, etc. and understanding the metrics of marketing such as CPC, ROAS, Engagement rate etc
    • Hands‑on with no‑code/low‑code/automation platforms (Make, Zapier, Airtable, Zoho Creator etc).
    • Experience building automated reporting in Google Looker Studio.
    • Comfortable querying and transforming data in or similar.
    • Basic AWS, Google Apps Script, web hosting, Github, BigQuery familiarity
    • Experience connecting different platforms via APIs such as SaaS platforms (Zoho, hubspot, etc.), ad/social platforms (Graph API, YouTube, Google Ads etc), AI (OpenAI or Claude APIs)
    • Explored and applied Agentic AI / MCPs.

    Responsibilities: 


    • Automate Internal Processes: Design, build, and maintain automations (Google Sheets, Zoho Creator, Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, Google Apps Script) to streamline workflows across teams.
    • Reporting Automation: Develop end‑to‑end reporting pipelines—pull data via APIs (social/ad platforms, SaaS tools), transform it (BigQuery or equivalent), and visualize it Looker Studio.
    • AI‑Powered Solutions: Prototype and implement agentic AI/MCPs to boost efficiency—chatbots, intelligent alerts, automated insights.
    • Tech Evangelism: Stay ahead of the curve on AI, martech trends; recommend and pilot new tools that actually move the needle.
