    • You communicate clearly, follow up consistently, and ensure that commitments made during campaigns are tracked through to completion. Whether coordinating with creators, vendors, internal teams, or finance, you help close loops and keep processes running smoothly.

    • You are comfortable working with trackers, documentation, and timelines, and you understand that strong operations are what enable large-scale influencer campaigns to run efficiently.

    • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building operational clarity, maintaining documentation discipline, and supporting outreach teams in ensuring that campaigns close smoothly from both an execution and financial standpoint.


    What will you do?

    • Support the operational workflows for outreach campaigns across multiple brands and creators.

    • Coordinate with creators, talent managers, and vendors after collaborations to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and documentation requirements are met.

    • Follow up on campaign deliverables including links, screenshots, and other required proofs to ensure campaigns are closed properly.

    • Maintain accurate trackers for campaign deliverables, budgets, and documentation.

    • Ensure all required campaign assets and records are organised and documented for internal and client reference.

    • Cross-check invoices against agreed deliverables and commercial scopes before processing.

    • Coordinate with the finance team to ensure smooth alignment on payment timelines and documentation.

    • Flag discrepancies in scope, deliverables, or commercials early to relevant teams.

    • Support the outreach team in maintaining operational discipline across multiple ongoing collaborations and campaigns.
