    Who are you?

    • You play a strategic leadership role across multiple brands and account teams.

    • You are responsible for maintaining the overall health of accounts, strengthening long-term client relationships, and identifying opportunities for growth. 

    • At this level, you contribute to shaping larger campaign thinking, aligning brand narratives across workstreams, and ensuring strong collaboration across creative, strategy, and business teams.

    • You also play an important role in developing account teams and strengthening the capability of the cluster.


    What will you do?

    • Oversee the overall health and performance of multiple brand mandates.

    • Maintain narrative and quality consistency across ongoing work and campaigns.

    • Identify and drive account mining and growth opportunities.

    • Contribute to the development of larger campaign and ecosystem-level ideas.

    • Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Business leadership to align long-term direction.

    • Lead cluster-level planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation.

    • Mentor and develop Account Managers within the team.

    • Drive feedback conversations and capability development within the cluster.

    • Contribute to hiring and team development in partnership with leadership.

    • Resolve complex client or internal escalations when required.

    • Build long-term client partnerships and ensure sustained account retention and growth.
