    • This role is suited for someone ready to actively contribute to insight development and strategic direction while continuing to grow toward independent ownership of briefs and thinking.


    What will you do?

    • Translate research, observations, and data into clear insights that inform campaign and brand thinking.

    • Identify human truths, tensions, and cultural signals that can inspire creative ideas.

    • Develop a strong understanding of assigned brands, their categories, and business objectives.

    • Track how brands show up in culture and across platforms, and identify opportunities for differentiation.

    • Participate actively in brainstorming sessions and help sharpen ideas with strategic clarity.

    • Support the development of strategic territories, narratives, and campaign directions.

    • Provide inputs on how ideas should live across platforms, formats, and audience behaviours.

    • Contribute to the development of briefs, decks, and POV documents with clear articulation.

    • Present sections of strategic thinking internally and occasionally to clients.

    • Collaborate closely with Content, Design, Video, and Brand Experience teams to ensure ideas remain insight-led.
