    • Own the strategic narrative for major pitches and renewals within the cluster.

    • Ensure pitch decks clearly articulate the problem, insight, opportunity, idea, and impact.

    • Partner closely with creative and business leadership to shape campaign ecosystems and ideas.

    • Lead complex strategic conversations with clients and provide clear rationale behind recommendations.

    • Mentor managers, senior planners, and planners, strengthening thinking quality and articulation.

    • Set standards for research rigor, insight development, and strategic storytelling.
